Catechist mentorship

As a new catechist, everything can seem overwhelmingly new and different.

It can be hard to find the time and resources to prepare for any challenges that might not have been covered in your training.

You are thrown into a completely new environment where you are expected to provide the very best for your students.

Since many new catechists have never taught before, having a veteran catechist as a mentor can be crucial for their transition to the classroom.

It can help them get accustomed to the pace of teaching and support them in feeling less overwhelmed.

The teaching experience of more seasoned catechist can help ease these stresses.
